After obtaining a bachelor in architecture from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Oskar joined Linear City, a research unit, where he developed his philosophical thinking by contributing to a research on the relationship between railway development and urban development, which was covered in a publication released by Linear City in 2009.

Upon completion of his graduate studies, he gained considerable experience with Aedas Ltd., where he was part of the project team for the project of Venetian Macau – Parcel 1 and responsible for producing construction drawings and detail design. Other than project management, he excelled at turning an architectural concept into a real construction.

Oskar explored his design passion and project management ability in ADRG and P&T Group since his master graduation. During his time with the firms, his involvement extended through the whole design process from schematic design to construction drawing production, of a vast range of projects from institutional refurbishment works in Hong Kong to large residential developments in the PRC.

In 2012, Oskar established APU, an architecutral firm which is specialzed in architecutral services and
also devoted to developing Building Information Modelling in Hong Kong. He took on a wide spectrum of projects, such as A&A works for commercial and industrial buildings, design and build for shopping malls, retails, hospitality and new buildings, building repairs, revitalization projects and servicing NGO clients. Since incorporation, the company has been targeting at not only domestic projects, but also projects from overseas, such as Brunei, China, and Singapore projects with overseas associates.
