9 Des Voeux Road, China Merchant Group

APU acted as the Project Coordinator for the refurbishment works of 9 Des Voeux Road West, a Grade A office building of CMK Property Mgt. Co. Ltd. It is not uncommon that architectural project involves different consultants and contractors, an effective project management, therefore, plays an important role to ensure the project progress and monitor the quality of works. The new lobby was mainly decorated with white marble as well as white and glass materials, which made the space feels light, open and airy. Another highlight is the new addition of cafe bar which not only provided convenient drinks and food to the commuters, but also added a hint of modernity to the design.
