KOLOUR I Office Tower

The interior refurbishment for the office tower at KOLOUR 1 by Henderson Group and Luk Hoi Tung has come to completion. The new design for the office lavatories and service corridors gives off a cool, modern tone with marble patterned finishes. New addition of tenants’ lockers, upgrade of E&M services, re-layout of space and one-stop basin design also enhanced the users’ experience. The refurbishment improved the image of the office tower and increased its development potential.
